Teenagers thoughts :

How can teenager think ?

A lot of parents blame their children for no reason, I mean how can they understand the feelings of their kids between age 15-20. A lot of kids get nervous, stressed and also have mood swings for the 100th time in a day. When they start their day they think about a lot of things like, how are they  going to spend their day and they keep asking themselves if it's going to be a good day or not? I'm I going to do anything good or not? Will my parents scream at me again about everything or not? Should I stay in my room all day to avoid all the problems outside? And just like that overthinking starts it job for the day, i'd listen to sad music, hug my pillow, lay in bed all day, then maybe I'll start crying about things had happened years ago. And just when I feel like going outside to see something new, the problems starts coming back like my grade being bad, breaking up, new family problems and at this point I'm going back to bed with my headphone on, cause the best company I've got is myself and my room.

Do i have any experience in this ?

Personally, yeah I have and I still feel like how every teenager of my age feel, but I had to do something that most people can't do which is by controlling my mood, I calmed the little me, you can say I simply became matured, how did I know that? Well, I didn't change my mood by using music to distract myself but I rather replaced it by reading books. I tried to do new things and most of the time I try not to cry and instead I keep laughing through the pain. I can't tell you to stop cryingbecause most times crying is good but for me it makes me feel weak. I didn't fight with my parents, I sit far away from them and I keep watching them, then i ignore the things they do and just hi to them with a big smile like a psycho, little did they know that I'm avoiding them and their problems. Absolutely not, they don't know cause they I keep surprising them with my new hobbies so they don't keep saying they have a useless kid as they say usually. You can change the opinion of your parents easily like instead of making the issue more complicated, forget about their shit and focus more on you. You need to keep telling your head that your worth more than their shit. Keep up with the material girl vibe✨ you need to chill, try to get your grades, get that bag💰. Do things that please you, invest in yourself. Follow your dreams, your goals, stand up from that bed and start thinking of how you could change your day, try positive affirmations every morning, create a to-do list, put your all your interest in those notes and you've got this.

I think one advice I can give you right now is that "DON'T FOLLOW/ DO WHAT PEOPLE DO, JUST DO YOU".

Based on what has kept me going is this few Key to Happiness

1. Be positive and hang around only positive people.

2. Relate with people: Make more time for the people who really matter to you.

3. Exercise: Take care of your body. Notice which healthy actions lift your mood and do more of them.

4. Appreciate: Notice the world around, at least once in a while go outside and take few minutes to just breathe and appreciate nature.

5. Trying going outside:Learn a new skill and just keep learning new things.

6. Focus: Have goals to look forward to. Think of a goal you’re aiming for and do one thing to get it started no matter how hard it seems

And i hope you are going to find the nicer person in you soon.....
